Sports Massage

Sports massage is one of the most effective tools for recovery, injury prevention, and performance. Our in-house sports massage therapist works with members and non-members to tackle muscular tension, improve mobility, and support your body through training.

Postnatal Pilates

Designed specifically for mums in the postnatal period, our Pilates classes focus on rebuilding core strength, pelvic floor function, and body awareness in a safe, supported environment. A natural complement to our MakeMomStrong programme.

Our independent physios Gabi and Mike are based right here at CrossFit Tooting, offering sports physio, women's health physio, injury rehab, and movement assessment. Open to members and non-members.
