With our free onsite creche, you can focus entirely on your workout, knowing your little one is in good hands nearby. Our experienced pre and postnatal specialist coaches will support you every step of the way as you regain your strength and confidence. Join us and become part of a community of strong, empowered mums!
Classes
The MakeMomStrong program is made up of 2 types of classes. Our MoveWellMom and MakeMomFit classes.
Both classes create an all-inclusive program that gives mums everything they need to not only get back to fitness but also create a body and mind that is stronger than ever before. Often, we focus on rehab and don’t know how to then put it into practice. Or "no complications" - jump into weights again or start running really early because it’s the only exercise you can do in 30 min, and be back in time for the next feed.
But this means we’re not taking care of the whole self. Spending the time working on relearning how to move your body, strengthen it, and then make it move under intensity( fitness) and get strong( lift weight) is key to a healthy and sustainable fitness
Lift, Push, Pull, Swing, Squat, And Drive Your Way To Get Strong
We Build Strong Mums.
Period
All classes include our creche, which our incredible creche staff look after at no extra charge.
MoveWellMom
MoveWellMom Is A post-natal rehab, strength and fitness class designed for mums of all levels.
No two births or journeys back into fitness are the same. These classes are the starting point for most mums who join us. We incorporate pelvic floor mobility, functional breathwork, strength, and fitness, giving mums the best of everything.

The program is designed to work on crucial areas for helping a mum get strong and rehab her body so she can challenge it any way she pleases!
Enrollment can be as early as six weeks post-birth, and we work closely with our mums who venture back into training after having a baby, no matter their previous experience.
We also work closely with local women's health physios, aligning our classes and coaching to help mums with the most sensitive birth stories and exercise journeys.
MakeMomFit
MakeMomFit combines pelvic strength and stability with your fitness!
No matter your previous training experience, these classes are a great way to challenge yourself in this new training season.
The classes focus on combining functional core and pelvic work with strength training to develop fitness and power while focusing on your needs as a mum.
We emphasise the fitness side of your training while ensuring you’re still caring for your pelvic floor.
This can be a challenging stage for a mum as we navigate adding intensity/impact or bigger bouts of fitness back into training post-natal. These classes are a favourite for regaining that confidence and releasing those much-needed endorphins!
Other Classes To Consider
CrossFit Lite
Lite is a class-based functional strength and conditioning program in which working on performance, feeling strong, and looking good go hand in hand.

This is a great program run by the same coaches as your MakeMomStrong Program: Emma, Caitlin, Raie, Dani, and Liz!

Returning to work can be a challenge, and our mums love using this program to make the most of the limited time they have to train!
Classes are strength, fitness, and a hybrid of both, just like MakeMomStrong, making this the go-to for those wanting to see results with a limited schedule.

We do the same workouts, same style of training just in the morning, lunch evening and weekends and without the childcare!
HYROX
Fitness Racing
Our 45- to 60-minute HYROX classes are great for those looking to sweat, burn calories, and push their limits. Classes focus on power, endurance, and pacing under fatigue. Getting ready for race day or testing your mind and body in fitness. Strategy is vital, so our HYROX coaches guide you through each workout and build a bulletproof mindset, no matter your level.

These are a huge win for our mums returning to work or jumping in on the weekend. The type of training in MakeMomFit is very similar, and you'll see your MakeMomStrong coaches here, too!

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned vet, these classes are the perfect way to improve your fitness, have fun in a group, and challenge yourself to combine your fitness and strength training!
I’ve been told I have DRA and my core needs work. Do you do core work?
EVERY WOMAN’S ABDOMEN SEPARATES - it’s the degree to which this happens that matters, as well as how we strengthen the surrounding muscles and the body afterwards. Every session starts with a breath-focused mobility routine, emphasising the core+pelvic floor+breath connection. Then, we move into a FUNCTIONAL Core development/awareness and strength piece. This is fundamental: we NEVER SKIP! Working with pelvic health physios is a must for us, and all of our sessions are based around rehab that would be given in a clinical setting!
I’m brand new- what day is best?
“If I’ve only got 1 hour, what should I do? - STRENGTH TRAINING! It's hard not to lean into cardio, thinking it will burn more calories and help me lose weight. Building back muscle is key, so we have included it in every session. Our main focus is on rebuilding the body and getting you stronger and fitter than before. Being a mum is no joke- and strong is definitely preferable! Our MoveWellMom classes are the perfect sessions to to get started wirh. incorporating MakeMomFit sessions increases your fitness exposure. Each program has a bias.

FAQ's
Do I Need To Be Fit Or Have Done Crossfit Before I Join?
Not at all.
We build strength and fitness from scratch so although experience is great, sometimes it hinders us too. We love newbies or those that are not comfortable in a class-based environment, as we see the most growth with you.
Our program is unique because it can be tailored for even the most athletic mums while they train next to someone who has never used a gym.
This comes down to our coaching style and the layout of our classes.
Communicating your needs and exercise history Is essential to cater to your level. So please share when you come along.
I have needed physio/ help pre and post natal. is this program suitable for me?
Yes! We work closely with local and remote women's health physios and practitioners to ensure that mums who need extra support and consideration are cared for.
Our Programs aren't designed to make you work hard. They are laid out to address imbalances, weaknesses, and issues we see postnatally, e.g., prolapse management, diastasis recti, episiotomy recovery, and muscular problems surrounding these issues. The more information we have, the easier it is to tailor the program to you personally.
The goal is to add intensity and improve long-term strength and fitness, but it cannot be done if the basics are not taken care of.

Our Creche
We have a mezzanine area dedicated to the CrossFit tooting and CrossFit Streatham Creche.
Kitted out with toys, bouncers, chairs, and a large area to crawl and play, our creche team is on hand to keep them entertained and safe.
We're in the same building, so we have peace of mind that not only are they in great hands, but it’s a significant step towards preparing them for nursery and giving you the space to work on yourself.
Also, I’d like to say that mums love our program more than the free childcare, but who would believe me?
We have little ones as young as 6 weeks old until they enter school. We run our creche throughout all holidays, giving parents the option to prioritise their fitness.
Warm-up is the mobility of the pelvic floor and functional breathwork in relation to the muscles we will be using.
Strength Portion/ Fitness Portion-body pattern strength exercises that prioritise rebuilding the body after birth in MoveWellMom. Combination of strength and fitness pieces to challenge your aerobic capacity while using weights in MakeMomFit
Metcon/ Wod To Finish. For example, rounds for time or an AMRAP can vary in duration from 5 to 20 minutes, depending on the day. This is where we really get out of breath. Use all you have learnt about moving your body safely to add intensity.
