We offer a range of classes at flexible times so that our members are able to fit their training around their lifestyle.
We use an integrative booking system as well as performance tracker called Wodify. We use an app for quick booking, checking of programming as well as tracking for easy day to day use.
All of our memberships are based on this online platform,so setting up your account with us takes 5minutes.
We have 4 programs that we run at CrossFit Tooting:
CrossFit Lite our beginners program
CrossFit that includes other speciality classes like Weightlifting and Gymnastics.
Mums CrossFit Program that is similar to our CrossFit Lite program but with a few added twists to make it mama friendly.
Post Natal Rehab Program designed for our new mums and any members that are coming back from injury. These classes can be attended for mums as early as 6 weeks post and are great fro any members that have any hip,knee, lower back or shoulder injuries to name a few.
Mobility is also included in our membership and our members value these as an add-on in our facility.

With your membership at CrossFit Streatham, our sister Box in Tooting Bec is included as one of the locations where your membership is active.
