Our 60-minute Atlas Hybrid classes are a fan favourite! We have 4 components to this class. A Warm up, Skill, Strength and Metcon Piece. Each one, coached by our team, gives you a game plan for the class!

The GO-TO Class for our Lite Crew! Our 45-minute strength class builds your strength with squats, deadlifts, pushes, and pulls—and NO CARDIO! It is focused solely on strength training, with a coach guiding you through technique, strategy, and every aspect of the workout.

GYMNASTICS
Our 45-minute, small-group gymnastic classes unlock skills you never thought possible!
Great for all levels, this class builds body awareness needed to tackle the gymnastics basics we use in CrossFit.

APOLLO

FITNESS
Our 45-to 60-minute HYROX classes are great for those looking to sweat, burn calories, and push their limits. Classes focus on power, endurance, and pacing under heavy fatigue. Getting ready for race day or testing your mind and body in fitness. Strategy is vital, so our HYROX coaches guide you through each workout and build a bulletproof mindset, no matter your level.

Lite is a class-based functional strength and conditioning programme where working on performance, feeling strong and looking good go hand in hand.
Our gym is an environment for all levels, regardless of your fitness background or age. Classes are strength, fitness, a hybrid of both, or skill-based, making this the go-to for those wanting to see results with a limited schedule.
It's a great foundation for CrossFit, whether you're returning from injury or want to challenge yourself to get fitter, stronger, and more confident under our expert coaching, progress-vibe programme, and supportive community!

Classes are coached and demoed by our friendly, expert coaches and are suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness levels.
From Atlas Hybrid to HYROX- you get to try it all out! Coaches get to know you over the week, give you a tour, chat about your training goals and offer guidance on any questions.
They also tailor our classes to each client depending on their level, sport or exercise background, WHY, and goals.
This is what makes the CrossFit method and US so unique. The week also gives you a feel for the training frequency you can handle and how to maximise your time in the gym.

However, Lite is an excellent foundational program with classes like Apollo and Atlas.
Our Lite classes are half the size of our CrossFit ones, giving you more 1-2-1 time with our coaches and getting familiar with the more technical elements.
CrossFit is the sport of fitness with 4 main pillars- Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Fitness and Strength.
Classes usually have a mixture of any of the 4, with a bias of 1-2 depending on the day and timeline of the program.
The myth is that you have to be ‘fit’ before you start CrossFit.
This couldn't be farther from the truth. We prefer you come as you are, because we build your stregnth and fitness from scratch!
