The most focused coaching experience we offer. Your coach designs every session around your goals, your schedule, and your current fitness level. Whether you're building strength, losing body fat, rehabbing an injury, or preparing for a specific event — your programme is built entirely around you.

a class.
Personal training at CrossFit Tooting suits anyone who wants more than a class. It's popular with members who want to fast-track their results, people new to training who want to build confidence before joining group classes, those returning from injury or time out, and athletes who want sport-specific or event-focused programming. You don't need to be a CrossFit member to book PT with us.

No — PT is open to everyone, members and non-members alike.
That depends on your goals. Most clients train 1-2 times per week with their coach, with the option to supplement with group classes. We'll advise what's right for you after an initial consultation.
All sessions take place at CrossFit Tooting, 22a Langroyd Road, Tooting Bec, SW17 7PL. You'll have full access to our equipment and facility for the duration of your session.

Yes — many of our PT clients also train in group classes. The PT sessions sharpen specific things; the classes keep your engine and community strong.
