Our CrossFit Program invloves weightlifting, gymnastics, calesthenics,kettlebells and strongman style equpiment, not to mention our cardiovascular based exercsie like rowing .

We use a multitude of disciplines in our Training Programs that provide not only the Strength and Conditioning needed to take on 'CrossFit' but also to achieve goals in other sports.

In our CrossFit Program we incorporate as wide a variety of equipment and domains as possible to help broaden our fitness of our members.

By using our Crossfit Program we see a vast improvement in our members strength, power, speed and stamina, together with an increased cardiovascular capacity that is second to none.

 Mum's CrossFit 

FREE TRIAL WEEK 

We offer mums the ability to rebuild their bodies after their little one is born.  We offer exclusive Post Natal Rehabilitation and Pilates Classes at our Facility with onsite help to take care of the little ones while we take you  through your workout. We also offer Mums CrossFit almost daily at our facility, again with the help of nannies onsite during the class-so  you can work on the fundamentals of strength and fitness in CrossFit.

We also offer Pre and Post Natal friendly Pilates for those wanting to gain core strength and development, knowing that their needs are being met.

CrossFit Lite 

FREE TRIAL WEEK 

Our CrossFit Lite Program is designed to create a solid platform for all of our members to work from. We apply Strength asn Conditioning Programming to our classes to make our members fitter, stronger an injury free. All levels are welcome in our Foundations Program.

This Program can be used as a stepping stone to our CrossFit Classes. We teach members the Fundamentals of CrossFit, so whether you're looking to use CrossFit as a Supplement to your current training or want to get stuck right in- this is your first call.

Personal Training

FREE CONSULT

Here at CrossFit Tooting we believe that every member can benefit from a little one on one time. Whether you're wanting to hit a Personal Best in Olympic lifting, or want all eyes on you- Personal Training is a phenomenal way to get you where you want to be. We offer a range of different options for you to choose from in prices and coaches. 

Most members require 6-10 hours of 1-1 or 2-1 time with a coach before moving on to our CrossFit Classes.

 

This is to ensure you have the basics, you know your numbers and what scale you're at when you look to do the different components of a class. 

Foundations PT is designed so that your coach takes any injuries or limitations you may have and turns the weaknesses into long term strengths. This is a fast track into our CrossFit Program that we offer as you work on a 1-1 basis. This suits those that have any sporting injuries, motivation or timings of our Foundations Program
