Whether you're a beginner or an aspiring athlete, we have a program designed for you. Our diverse range of expertly coached classes all you to progress at YOUR PACE! They include CrossFit, CrossFit Lite, Hyrox, and our postnatal fitness classes, MakeMomStrong. In addition to our fitness offerings, we host regular community socials, workshops, and local outreach activities to keep you engaged and connected.

CrossFit Tooting is your all-inclusive training hub in the Tooting, Balham, and Wandsworth areas. We offer something for everyone, regardless of fitness level, and have a strong local community that prides itself on being welcoming and fun. We don't take ourselves too seriously! 
 
Our core programs, CrossFit, CrossFit Lite, and MakeMomStrong, form the heart of your training and our schedule. Specialist classes like HYROX, Weightlifting Yoga, etc. supplement our core offering to help build strength, skill, cardio, and more!
